Refunds/Returns Policy
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 30 Days of receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage and have the cost of the goods covered in case the items go missing in transit.
Please ensure all products are checked & contact us within 24 hours of receiving them for any faults or discrepancies within the products. All fabrics once cut are non-refundable.

Delivery Charges
United Kingdom
The delivery charge for the UK is £1-95 for Large Letters and £3-75 for Parcels for orders up to the value of £40-00 and its free delivery over this value. We also have the option to send your order Tracked24 for £5 which will get your order to you the quickest.
You can if you are in the Telford area click and collect. Please not this is subject to current local guidelines as instructed by the government and local authority.
Europe
The delivery charge for Europe is £14-99 for all orders. All orders outside of the UK are subject to Import Duty and VAT and it is the buyers responsibility to make the payment to the relevant authority. Any orders returned to the UK because of non-payment of the Import Duty and VAT will be refunded minus the delivery charge and any further charges that the returned order may incur.
Please note that any Import Duty and Tax payable will be paid by the buyer.
