Shipping Policy

Tactile Craft Supplies aims to provide a fast and easy home delivery service means that we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours - taking the time and effort out of shopping! During peak times it may take slightly longer but we will always endeavour to meet our 48hour target.

Postage and packing charges are calculated based on the value of the parcel.

Please note that all goods are subject to availability.

In the highly unlikely event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom

The delivery charge for the UK is £2-50 for Large Letters and £3-99 for Parcels for orders up to the value of £50-00 and its free delivery over this value. We also have the option to send your order Tracked24 for £5-50 which will get your order to you the quickest.

You can if you are in the Telford area click and collect. Please not this is subject to current local guidelines as instructed by the government and local authority.

Europe

The delivery charge for Europe is £14-99 for all orders. All orders outside of the UK are subject to Import Duty and VAT and it is the buyers responsibility to make the payment to the relevant authority. Any orders returned to the UK because of non-payment of the Import Duty and VAT will be refunded minus the delivery charge and any further charges that the returned order may incur. 

Please note that any Import Duty and Tax payable will be paid by the buyer.

World

 The delivery charge for the rest of the world is £40-00 for all orders. Any excessive postage charges will be refunded.

All Import Duty and Tax payable will be paid by the buyer.

We reserve the right to pass on any change that Royal Mail make to the delivery cost.
