Shipping Policy

Tactile Craft Supplies aims to provide a fast and easy home delivery service means that we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours - taking the time and effort out of shopping! During peak times it may take slightly longer but we will always endeavour to meet our 48hour target.

Postage and packing charges are calculated based on the value of the parcel.

Please note that all goods are subject to availability.

In the highly unlikely event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom

The delivery charge for the UK is £2-50 for Large Letters and £3-99 for Parcels for orders up to the value of £50-00 and its free delivery over this value. We also have the option to send your order Tracked24 for £5-50 which will get your order to you the quickest.

You can if you are in the Telford area click and collect. Please not this is subject to current local guidelines as instructed by the government and local authority.

Europe and Beyond

Shipping destinations and forwarding services

We currently ship only to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not ship directly to addresses outside the UK, including addresses in the European Union or elsewhere.

If you arrange for your order to be delivered to a UK-based forwarding, consolidation or fulfilment company, such as Forward2Me, our delivery obligation ends when the order is delivered to the UK address provided at checkout and accepted by that company. Any onward forwarding or export from the UK is arranged by you and is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for onward carriage, loss, damage, delay, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance, product compliance requirements or any other charges or requirements that may apply after delivery to the UK forwarding address. You are responsible for ensuring that the products can lawfully be imported into the destination country and for complying with any requirements there.

We do not currently ship directly outside the UK because international sales may involve additional regulatory requirements, including the appointment of an Authorised Representative where applicable.

We reserve the right to pass on any change that Royal Mail make to the delivery cost.
