The Alphabet Cubes Sewing Kit by Tactile Treasures and inspired by William
I made a named set of cubes for my great nephew William out of different safari fabrics. Not only did I love making it, they looked fabulous and were very well received. The first word a child needs to recognise for nursery/school is their name. What better way to start that letter recognition than with this cube set? Happy sewing Dawn x
The sewing kit includes three foam cubes, one medium rattle disc, comprehensive instruction booklet and a booklet of alphabet letter templates (including both upper and lowercase) to use with the 20cm x 50cm Fuse-A-Web needed to transfer the letters to your fabric. This pack comes with three cubes, just purchase any additional cubes need for a name. You could instead use the entire alphabet on all the faces of the cubes (need 2 additional cubes) if you so wish. Just add coordinating cotton fabric for each side of the cube. A great project for using up those fat quarter packs you brought just because they were sweet/cute/funky or even just cried out "buy me"! These cubes can be machine washed and tumble dried too. Included: - 3 CE certified 10cm (4”) foam cubes 1 medium rattle disc 20cm x 50cm Fuse-A-Web Alphabet templates Full instructions
